- 1 cup Suji
- 1 tbs Ghee
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- pinch of Saffron
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Cashew nuts (Kaju)
Take suji in pan, add tbsp of ghee and dry roast over medium heat for 5 mts.
Remove roasted suji in separate dish.
In the same pan add water, sugar, saffron and bring to boil over medium heat.
Add roasted suji, mix well, cover and keep for 1 to 2 hours until syrup is soaked well with suji.
Add cardamom powder and start to form ladoo balls.
