- 4-6 – medium sized boiled potatoes peeled & cut into 4 pieces
- Large onion – 4 finely chopped
- Ginger 1 inch pieces
- Garlic 4-6 ponds
- Black cumin seed 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Cinnamon & green cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Bay lives 1 piece
Process of Cooking
Heat the oil in a pan and add the sugar sauté few seconds put bay lives add chopped onion sauté till golden color add garlic, ginger & black cumin seed paste sauté them separate oil, add turmeric powder, garam masala powder & little bit water sauté 3-4 munities add boiled potato pieces mix well & sauté thems cover the lid 5 minutes lastly sprinkles cinnamon & cardamom powder. Serve with chapatti & puri.
