
Ingrdints:
Fresh cauliflower– (cut to large size)
Cornflour- 4 tablespoons
Salt — to taste
Oil — to filter
Chili sauce – 2 tablespoons
Tomato Sauce-2 tablespoons
Soy sauce — 1 teaspoon
Ajino Moto — 1 Chutki
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Wash and clean the cabbage and soak it in salt water for 10 minutes. Add the rest and bring in the necessary water (thin to medium). Heat oil in a skillet and reduce heat. Roll the cabbage into the mixture and fry in a medium heat. Sprinkle a little bit of salt on top.
