
- Mushroom 20 -25
- Capsicum diced 3
- Tomato chopped 1 medium
- Onion sliced 1 medium
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dried red chillies 3
- Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
- Coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green chillies finely chopped 2
- Ginger finely chopped 1 inch piece
- Black Peppercrons 10 – 12
- Dried methi leaves 1 tablespoon
- Ginger chopped
Method :
Place a small non stick frying pan on medium heat.
Let it heat for 2 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, 3 dried red chillies, 10 -12 black peppercorns and dry roast for 1-2 minutes or till fragrant. Set aside to cool. Transfer into grinder and grind it into a coarse powder.
Dry roast 1 tablespoon dried methi leaves and set aside.
Place a medium non stick pan on medium heat and pour in 2 tablespoon oil.
Add 1 sliced medium onion, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute for 10 second.
Add 2 finely chopped ginger piece, roasted & grounded spices and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1 chopped medium tomato, salt and saute for 5 minutes or till the oil separates.
Add diced capsicum and 20-25 quartered mushrooms. Crush roasted methi leaves and add to the mushroom.
Add 1 tablespoon garam masala powder and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with ginger
