
- Cauliflower 2cups
- Onion 2 large (cut into cubs)
- Capsicum 1lage (cut into cubs)
- Green chilies 2 crushed
- Garlic 6-8 pods crushed
- Ginger 1inch crushed
- Garama masala powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Corn flour ¼ cup
- Besan/gram flour 2tbsp
- Maida/all purpose flour 2tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 ½tbsp
- Tomato sauce 1tbsp
- Chili sauce 1tbsp
- Vinegar 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves few
- Oil for deep frying & seasoning
Process of Cooking
Wash & cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
Boil the cauliflower pieces in the turmeric powder water for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Drain them & allow to it cool.
Take a lager bowl; combine the boiled cauliflower, capsicum, onion, salt, garama masala powder (green chili, ginger, garlic)crushed with soya sauce 1tbsp, vinegar ½ tbsp. & mix it well. Then allow to it rest for 10mintes.
Combine the corn flour, besan, maida, & mix it well.
After 10minutes; add all flour into the cauliflower vegetables mixture & mix together using hand.
Now add a small amount of water a little at a time & make a thin coat all the vegetables. Then allow to it rest for 4-5mintes.
Drop it slowly into the hot oil very small amount of mixture & fry them on a medium flame.
Till it to turn golden brown. Then drain all of them.
Deep fry the curry leaves. Drain & Keep aside it.
Seasoning: – (optional)
Onion 1 large chopped
Garlic 5-6 pods chopped
Heat the 2tbsp oil in a pan; add chopped Garlic & sauté it few second on high flame.
Then add chopped onion sauté 1-2 minutes on same flame.
Then add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce & sauté it a minute on same flame.
Then add faired vegetables with curry leaves & sauté it well on a high flame.
Lastly add vinegar & mix it well. Turn off the flame.
Now serve it hot.
