- Rohu Fish/Any big Size fish(750g)
- Two Potatoes (Cut it in rectangular shapes)
- Chopped Tamato (2pc)
- Mustard Oil
- Salt(acc to taste)
- Chili powder(acc to taste)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste(3tsp)
- 1/2tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Bay leave(Tej pata)
- Cumin powder
- Coriander Powder
- Coriender leaves
- 1/2 tSp sugar
1st we have marinate fish with salt,termaric powder and lemon juice.keep it for 20/30 minutes.
Heat up pan and add oil into it.
Fry the fish pieces till color changes to golden brown and keep it aside.
Then fry the potatoes till golden color & keep it aside.
Take a Pan, and put mustard oil in it. As soon as it starts heating up, put 1/2tsp of sugar in it so as to give a nice color. Add bay leave to it then add chopped onion and fry it untill it gets soft don’t wait till it golden brown.
Add tamatoes and cover the pan .check when it get softs and add ginger-galic paste to it .After sometime add cumin powder,coriander power and stir for 1min.
Then add 1/2cut water to it and mix all masala well.
Add pataos and give some hot water to make gravy.
when water starts bubbling add fish pieces to it.
At last add garam masala and coriander leaves .
