Dal Fry

  • Toor dal/Harad Dali
  • Chopped Tamato(1 cup)
  • Cumin Seeds/Jeera(2 tsp)
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ghee
  • Chopped Garlic(2 tsp)
  • Chopped Onion (1cup)
  • Chopped Green Chilly
  • Red chili
  • Sugar (1/2 tsp)
  • Coriander Leave
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Termeric Powder
  • Oil

Wash toor dal and boiled it.
Take a pan and heat up oil in it then add cumin seeds.When cumin seeds starts popping add chopped garlic then chopped onion .When onion will become soft add curry leaves to it.Fry for 1min then add sugar,salt,termeric powder and chopped tamato .Cover the pan for 2mins then add bolied toor dal.At last add chopped coriander leaves and make flame OFF.

Take another pan and heat it up .
Add ghee then add cumin seeds and red chili .
Make flame OFF.
Add this ghee/chili masala on the top of Dal for ganishing.
