Trilochaneshwar is a Shiva temple in Jajpur district of Odisha. It was established as a Buddhist pillar in the 2nd and 3rd centuries and later became a Shiva temple after the Shivalinga was established during the reign of the Somavanshi kings. The face of the temple is an exception to the west. According to local legend, once a blind boy was sitting in a bank and singing Gobind. There Trilochaneshwar stood up and asked the boy, “Why am I talking about Gita Govinda behind me? I have a strong desire to hear this. Come to me every day and sing Gita Govinda.” The boy said, “I was born. Everything is the same before me. If you really want to hear it, turn to me.” The next day, it turned out that the temple was facing west.
