- Potala (parbal) – 150gm
- Alu (Patato) – 100gm
- Piaaja (onion) – 50gm
- Rasuna (garlic) – 10 cloves.
- Ada (ginger) – 20gm
- Tamato -50gm
- Jira powder (cumin) – ½ table spoon
- Dhania Powder (Coriander) – ½ table spoon
- Red Chilli Powder– ½ table spoon
- Mustard Oil – 100ml
- Turmeric- ½ table spoon
- Salt –to tasteotala
First cut the Potala in round shape and potato in square shape. Then slice onion.
Make a paste of ginger, garlic and tomato.
Put a pan on fire and add mustard oil (1 table spoon). And add potato and parbal.
Then fry it till its color turn into brown and then pour it to another plate.
Then add oil again and fry onion till it becomes brown.
Then add ginger, garlic and tomato paste. then add cumin powder, jira powder, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
And fry it for 10-15 minutes and then add a little water for make it gravy. Finally garnish with some coriander leaf.
