• Paneer 400 grams
  • Onions 4 large
  • Capsicum 2 medium
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms crushed 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 medium size (puree)
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Fresh cream ¼ cup (amul ½ cups with 2tbsp warm water 1tbsp butter)
  • Salt as taste
  • Caram masala powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Water 3-4 tbps
  • Oil 4-5 tablespoons

Cut paneer into square pieces and keep aside.
Heat the oil in pan and slow fry the paneer till golden brown.
Drain on a plate and keep aside.
Cut the onions 8 pieces square size and open out the layers.
Cut the capsicum the same size.
Heat the 2 tbsp. oil a heavy buttom pan & put the onions outer layers with a pinch salt sauté till golden and take it. Same pan put the capsicum with ½ tsp salt sauté till soft. Keep aside it.
Finely chopped the inside layers onions.
Now heat 2 tbsp. oil the pan after sugar few time sauté it put finely chopped onions ½ tsp salt sauté till turn golden color put ginger paste & garlic paste sauté 3-4 minutes after put tomatoes puree mix it. And put turmeric powder coriander powder, red chili powder, grama masala powder & 2-3 water mix well and cook till oil separates.
Now put fried paneer, slow fried capsicums & slow fried outer layers onions mix well cook for 7-8 minutes on low flame. Put cream mix &simmer for 2-3 minutes. Lastly sprinkle the crushed green cardamoms mix well.

Serve hot with boil rice or roti etc..
